If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you before the order is processed or dispatched.

• Pre-Dispatch Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled at no charge before dispatch.
• Post-Dispatch Cancellations: If the order has already been processed or shipped, you may refuse delivery and our team will guide you through the return and refund here process, subject to our return policy.
