By accessing and using the Kitchenlinx website, you agree to the terms outlined below. These Terms & Conditions form a legal agreement between Kitchenlinx and you (the customer).

Kitchenlinx reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. We recommend reviewing this page periodically. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the website and our services.

United Arab Emirates (UAE)

  1. Shipping & Delivery
  • Delivery is available across all seven Emirates.
  • Lead time: 3–5 business days for in-stock items.
  • Public holiday deliveries: Orders placed within 2 days of a holiday will be delivered 1–2 days after the holiday period ends.
  • Free shipping on orders above AED 1,000. Orders below this threshold incur a shipping fee of AED 150.
  • Customers are required to inspect all deliveries immediately upon receipt.
  • Any missing, defective, or damaged items must be reported on the spot or within 7 days.
  • Returns are only accepted if items are unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

To cancel an order prior to dispatch, please contact our customer support team. If the order has already been shipped, you may refuse delivery, and our team will guide you through the return process.

  1. Installation & Commissioning
  • Installation services may be added during checkout or by selecting the option on the product page.
    • Installation Charges: AED 400 (Optional)
    • Plug-and-play items: No installation charge
  • MEP work (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) is not included.
  • The site must be ready for installation, with utilities and access prepared by the customer’s fit-out contractor.
  • To maintain product warranty, installation must be conducted by Kitchenlinx or its authorized service team.

  • Cash on Delivery (UAE only) – No additional fee
  • Bank Transfer – Bank details will be shared at checkout or order confirmation
