The Rational iCombi Pro 20-1/1 uses the same iCookingControl system found across the iCombi range, but at double the capacity. The oven continuously measures and adjusts the cooking environment to match what is loaded into it. You are not relying on fixed timers or manual monitoring. One of the most practical features of the Rational iCombi Pro 20-1/1 is the iProductionManager. Multiple dishes with different cooking requirements can be scheduled and run simultaneously.
