Thick Polished Steel Plate: Comes with a smooth 3/4-inch thick steel plate that holds heat steady and recovers cooking temperature fast when cold food is placed on it. Deep Cooking Surface: Features a full 24-inch cooking plate depth, giving you plenty of space to flip burgers, eggs, and pancakes at once. Two Strong Gas Burners: Equipped with two manual burners rated at 30,000 BTU each (60,000 BTU total) with built-in heat baffles to ensure no cold spots on the plate. Easy Manual Gas Knobs: Each burner has its own adjustable control knob with heat-safe grips and a continuous pilot light for quick ignition. Wide Grease Gutter & Large Pan: Has a wide 4-inch front trough that sweeps away grease into a big 1-gallon grease can with an overflow check hole. Tough Stainless Steel Body: Front, sides, splash guard, and front ledge are made of durable stainless steel that is easy to wipe clean.
