Thermostat Temperature Control: Each cooking section has its own thermostat that automatically maintains your chosen temperature, even during busy rush hours. Thick Polished Steel Cookplate: Built with a heavy, highly polished solid steel plate that holds heat well and recovers temperature rapidly when cold food hits the surface. Deep Cooking Area: Offers a full 24-inch plate depth, giving chefs ample room to grill multiple foods side by side. Wide Grease Gutter & Large Can: Includes a 4-inch wide stainless steel front trough that channels grease into a removable 1-gallon grease can with a weep hole indicator. Tough Stainless Steel Body: Front, sides, splash guard, and front rolled ledge are made from durable stainless steel that resists rust and wipes clean easily.
