Returns & Replacements

At Kitchenlinx, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or replacement subject to the following conditions:

 Return Conditions

  • All return or replacement requests are subject to management approval.
  • Items must be in original packagingunused, and in resalable condition.
  • Returns must be requested within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
  • 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the total invoice value for approved returns.

 Refund Methods

  • Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days, minus applicable payment gateway processing fees.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds will be made via bank transfer within 7 working days.
  • Bank Transfer Payments: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer within 7 working days.

 Important Notes

  • Returns will not be accepted for items that are damaged, used, or not returned in original packaging.
  • Kitchenlinx reserves the right to inspect returned products before approving any refund or replacement.
